Refund and Return Policy
Return Conditions
- If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can request a return within 30 days from the product delivery date.
- Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for products that are specially designed or produced according to your request (for example, marble products with a name written on them or productions made in special sizes).
Return Process
- Please inform us of your return request via e-mail or [company communication channel]. Do not forget to state the order number and reason for return in your request.
- When your return request is approved, you will be provided with shipping information.
- You must send the product to the approved shipping address. Shipping costs may be charged to the customer or our company, depending on the return conditions.
Refund Conditions
- The refund process is initiated after the returned products are checked by us.
- Once the product return is approved, your payment will be refunded to the payment method you used within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are not refundable according to the return conditions (shipping costs for an unused or undamaged product belong to the customer).
Change Conditions
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or size, you can request an exchange.
- For exchange requests, shipping costs may be covered by the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Products
- If you encounter damaged or faulty products during delivery, please contact us within the day you receive the product.
- You can help speed up the process by sharing photos of damaged or faulty products.
- We will provide refunds or exchanges for damaged products free of charge.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
- Products that have been used, damaged or whose original packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
- Returns cannot be made for products that have expired (30 days). Personalized products cannot be returned.
